I feel Najee's foot is finally healed. He still takes makes some bad reads but all in all is pounding the rock.

Some motivation from the others I do believe helped the cause.

This is the equivalent of winning a Tomlin Super Bowl… Going 8-8-1 and one and done in the playoffs.

They don’t pass much to the RB because they depend on the RB to block. If this line improves, Pickett will have another weapon

Might be some truth to that but he still ran 14 routes with only 1 target. His routes run is down a little, probably around 20-25 last year.

    Hey ....
I've been meaning to ask You this.
So You believe We should tank for a better pick.....Am I remembering that correctly????
Also in not doing so ....They are not developing the team correctly....those are Your thoughts .....yes???
Ok....the question is....what two teams do You believe out there are doing it exactly like You would, and so therefore they will be in the Super Bowl this year????

Here’s what yinz don’t get it. It’s not like a tank means you sit down with the whole team and go okay, weren’t winning anymore games. Make sure you lose.

Only people in on it are the HC, coordinators, and maybe the QB if experienced. Pickett isn’t so I wouldn’t tell him.

You do everything you would like you want to win. Except the coordinators can call plays in crucial situations that aren’t favorable for us. Honestly, Matt Canada was doing it perfectly until the last two weeks wether that was on purpose or not.

You should probably follow the Clowns or this years Texans. If we would happen to make the playoffs this season by some miracle and get blown out 67-0 in the 1st round I would still consider that a great accomplishment and something to build on for next year. You would kick, scream and pout that they went 10-7 and didn't get a top 5 pick.

I'm tired of people whining that the Steelers never get a top 5 draft pick.

Who does that? I’ve never whined about a top 5 pick because that means we were absolutely terrible. It never even crossed my mind being THAT bad. Then I saw this team this year. No Ben, injuries, etc. Going into bye. Not one good reason to win another game. Not one. Way too many holes to fill.

Yeah totally agree. Might have had to do with his lack of burst while playing injured, but more of what we've seen in the past 3 or so weeks please :)

I thought the NFL was over when you initiated your boycott years ago but yet you continue to interrupt us with your continuous negativity.

I am really happy to see Najee running the way he is. I had serious concerns earlier in the season that he may be trending toward bustville. I know his health was an issue, but I’m sure having other capable backs who were playing well didn’t hurt and served to give him a little extra motivation. I like this approach rather than running the wheels off one guy which Tomlin has been prone to do. Let’s keep those fresh legs churning.
