Najee Harris Says Coaching Staff Is Adding Players’ Suggestions To Playbook

Wouldn't it make more sense to get a coaching staff that knows how to make/choose plays instead of randomly polling players?

It's pretty common. Most coaches ask for feedback from players on what is working, not working. What plays they feel comfortable in. This shouldn't be taken as a negative.

This is old news, I remember Najee saying something about they started using fewer running plays based on input from the OL and RBs.

 

That is embarrassing for the Steelers they have no clue why not let the fans send in plays ? What a joke ! Get some balls fire Canada and Austin bring in operations control President and Tomlin answers to him he’s got to relinquish his control or we are stuck in mediocrity. Just my opinion!
