I lost total respect for Garrett not for the helmet bash.

But, to call a man a racist with no proof, and the man has no way to defend himself of said accusations, all in a last ditch to avoid a suspension.

Guy lost my respect, which is sad because he is hell of a player and put him in the top 5 defensive players in the NFL.

But, here is a silver lining Steeles fans Garrett was drafted #1 overall Watt was drafted #30 (same draft) and who is going to probably win DPOY 1st.

Probably TJ Watt as long as the Donald fans boys don't screw him out of it a 2nd year.

for some reason beating Rudolph seems like Browns and their fans superbowl lol. They don't have this same energy when they play the steelers with Ben and the starters. hilarious

Prior....Is right....Prior, He was a great player but he lost ALL cred and any respect from me ...When you get backed in to a corner and are wrong, and instead of fessing up...You point the finger and call someone a Racist, and spread lies about his integrity, portraying that person as POS...

Well...That is like a child who needs punished and not just " Oh well, no biggie it's just that he fibbed "

Idc if he has 25 sacks as year for the next 20 years... He's a POS race baiter, who tried to ruin a man's life... Because instead of maning up and taking the blame for his actions, he tried to ruin Someone else's character...

    **** him!

    This.

For that matter, I said this weeks ago although not in the same vein. T.J. Watt winning DPOY will be the ultimate indirect comeuppance for Garrett as he was the Number One Overall Pick of 2017. For that matter, it is going to be much different than the 2014 Class when Clowney and Mack went 1 and 2 as the gap between 1 and 30 is far greater.

Hate to say this, but you guys would be "all in", and posting nothing but praise, for Myles Garrett if he was a Steeler. You know it.

I was hoping the Steekers would name Rudolph a captain after hearing this news and there was a hug at midfield. The media would go crazy.

Not sure who "you guys" are that you're referring to but it doesn't include me. How many were "all in" with JuJu's stupid dancing actions on the opponents fields as an example? I don't think anyone (coach or player) is exempt from criticism. or wouldn't be criticized by someone here, if what someone does deserves it, including assault. Maybe you would give him praise but I'd like to think others would approach it differently. But then, I am only speaking for myself.

James Harrison comes to mind. Well loved, but very dirty, Pittsburgh Steeler.

12 Dirtiest Players in the NFL

From 2011, but still....Two Steelers in that group....nothing bad said about them by Steeler fans.....ya'll loved them. Kinda hypocritical to go after Garrett only because he's not on the Steeler's team, imho.

    Hines Ward, WR, Pittsburgh Steelers

    #3 OF 12

Not many wide receivers are considered dirty players. Hines Ward is an exception.

    1. One of the best blockers at his position in league history, Ward has become notorious for his cheap shots. In 2008, he broke the jaw of Cincinnati Bengals linebacker Keith Rivers with a block. The NFL changed its rules the next year, banning such hits.

    James Harrison, LB, Pittsburgh Steelers

    #5 OF 12

    1. James Harrison, to me, is the dirtiest player the NFL has seen in years and years.

The Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker was fined $120,000 for a number of illegal hits last season. In particular, he knocked Cleveland receivers Mohamed Massaquoi and Joshua Cribbs out of the game. He also had hits on defenseless quarterbacks three times (Drew Brees, Jason Campbell and Ryan Fitzpatrick were the victims).

In 2011, Harrison will probably become the first NFL player ever suspended for an illegal hit.

I'm a Steeler fan, guys, but the truth is the truth. Case closed.

In comparing the two, did Harrison ever take someone's helmet off of him and hit him in the head with it?

    Hines Ward :lolol:

    Waaa waaa waaaa.

There was nothing dirty about Ward or JH in the era they played in. I swear, critical thinking is a dying art.

Oh God...I hope not. I use 2 think Myles Garrett was good...honestly I still do...but didn't like what he did one bit....again 2 b honest...I'm being hypocritical. I pretty much used reverse racism back about 20 years ago, 2 get out of ticket...and it worked where I use 2 live. Even though I wasn't speeding, and I believe they were being racist...I still feel wrong about it. So....
