    1. Wk 1 and I already need a defibrillator

    2. Overall, the o-line and d-line both got abused

    3. Even without Derrick Harmon, I didn't imagine we would give up over 180 yds on the ground

    4. Garrett Wilson basically did whatever he wanted against Darius Slay.... he wasn't brought under control until we assigned JPJ to him

    5. For the last few yrs we gambled and debated on when we would see the offense put up 30 pts..... to do it in wk 1 is a beautiful thing

    6. Defense stepped up in the end, but their play was largely unacceptable

    7. Boz!!!!!!!

    8. Special teams coverage units had me worried until that forced fumble

    9. Refs screwed the pooch most of the game

    10. Overall, I would say despite us winning, both qb's won the revenge game

Despite losing both sides of LOS we won somehow. That game was very entertaining, so I will say we're not boring at least. Both QB'S played out of their minds.

We definitely need to do better on LOS, but that was a lot of fun to watch!

Rodgers,Boz and the kick returner of the Jets are the 3 reason why they won this game!

As one of the biggest Broderick defenders, I have to say he must play better. He gave up 2 sacks and another was his guy that Aaron walked into.

Our IDL and ILBs must do a better job covering the B gap. They got ran down our throat today.

Thankful for Boz. That guy was definitely the difference maker today.

And gotta give props to Aaron and the passing game.

Benched and handcuff him when he was playing last year could be one of the worst decision since Dan Marino in 1983 for the steelers

As always you are the first thread to read post game. As I added on other thread, this reminded me of watching them in the early 80s when Bradshaw was still good but the defense aging.

    Terrible non call on Austin.

I do believe that we are going to see good things from this offense, but I am worried that time has passed some of the defensive stalwarts by, and that their younger replacements are not ready.

Regarding the Offensive Line, as I have said plenty of times over and will so again, it is going to take time. For that matter, Broderick Jones struggling was something that I did forsee. To the tune of three sacks allowed and more hurries?! No but to say he was the only problem simply isn't true.

Cohesion isn't going to happen until near the mid way point of the season at the earliest. Way too many new faces as it is.

If Rodgers can last that long we may be able to do some damage.

I remember Anthony Richardson having a similar game against this D last year. Let's not go overboard with the Marino analogy

The defense is actually pretty young or at least in their primes. Other than Heyward, nobody of significance is washed up.. Slay was brought in for depth. He's really the only one you can say is past his expiration date. It's scheme and talent imo. Hoping Harmon can live up to the hype and turn things around for us and Elliott isn't lost for good.

I don’t think we lost the offensive LOS as badly as we think. We didn’t run it great, but aside from a couple plays where Jones got beat… I thought the pass pro held up okay. The DL definitely lost though. Too many rush yards, and too many to the RB. I knew Fields was going to get his (man, he’s so hard to defend in space), but we can’t let the RB rip off 10+ yard runs as often as we did.

Still had a 100 yards of offense by himself in the 1st Qrt... One of his best games of the season if you can believe that and only lasted 3 quarters of the opening quarter
