Well, most people had the Steelers finishing last in the division and said they had the worst QB situation in the AFCN.

Really good free agent signing in Elliott.

What I saw during the game was a player getting taken to school, and not being able to sustain his blocks....... Has it been all bad?? No .... And his best game that I've seen this season was against the chargers.. people will say that Joey bosa was hurt, but what I saw was Brojo pancaking bosa, which is what led to bosa's injury

We were 0 -2 this year when allowing 20, or more points. This is why I wanted the Qb change.

Agree. I was Watching the Ramon show today, and was totally shocked when they reported that Broaderick Jones had 0 Pressures yesterday.

We will have to agree to disagree on that one then. Bosa may have gotten injured against BroJo but Bosa's technique did more than enough against him. Granted, BroJo had to contend with Dante Fowler Jr.... so it wasn't like he was going up against someone like Myles Garrett. Regardless, as far as the All 22 showed me, Broderick Jones seems to be primed for a second half surge.

It couldn't have come at a better time imo.

All 22 will give you a better picture; should that resource be available to you.

If it isn't, then referring to someone like Foster isn't too bad of an idea.

The Steelers are definitely exceeding preseason expectations. But as to our division, we're doing a little better than expected and two of the teams have bombed over what was expected from them. That's not a Tomlin thing.

I never did get why people thought we had a terrible quarterback situation. Russell Wilson is a good quarterback. He might not be Tom Brady or Ben roethlisberger, but he is a good quarterback. We might have had a bit of turmoil, but it wasn't like we had nothing either. The whole thing in Denver really smacked me as a contract dispute. Denver wanted to renegotiate his contract and he didn't want to. So he got benched. But his stats were good. He wasn't benched for lack of performance......imo

Looking back I ask how the hell did we lose to the Colts and Cowboys?

He has done an amazing job this year with the special teams unit. That said, Boswell was great last year and Miles Killebrew was a pro bowler as well. The unit was good last year too, minus the punter, although they are extra special this year.

Russell is a Hall of Fame caliber QB. His first 9 seasons were off the charts statically and he should have 2 Super Bowl rings.

Both games, experienced QBs tore us up in the middle of the field.

It would be great if Russ gets his 2nd SB ring with us this season. KC is definitely beatable, and there really isn't any AFC team clearly outplaying the Steelers right now. The Steelers can really make a statement in that regard this coming week against the Ravens if they win, it's a huge game.

Yup, which is a big concern this week. Jackson is much better attacking the middle of the field than the edges and the Ravens have two excellent tight ends. They are going to have to pressure Jackson, which gets even tougher with Highsmith likely to miss the game.

yes - this D is not playing at 2008 and 2010 level defense. and they SHOULD be with the $$ spent there.

it HAS to if we are going to advance in January

Minkah is a disappointment. He ain't no Troy, THAT is for sure. They miss great COACHING on that side of the ball.

Because our D actually gave up 20 points in one , and 27 points in the other, and our offense couldn't match it.

PFF gave him his highest grade ever for pass blocking (82) and overall was in the top five Steelers on Sunday. Lets hope his arrow keeps trending up.

I made a joke that zero stat line would make TJ player of the week. I wasn’t too far off as he’s the fourth highest Steelers. Not sure what they are measuring but I don’t see how Queen or even Heyward is ranked lower than TJ
