so, the Ravens had an easier path - yes - but not KC nor the Texans, correct?

my Plan would have been the better strategy. Now, we lost JPJ maybe for some time and wore our team down, for a game that we had little chance of winning.

Great effort and great change of pace by A Smith (primarily). Playing Warren more was the right call. Passing more on first down the right call. He was not terribly predictable all game long.

BUT - NO ANSWER for Henry and Lamar (down 3 starters did not help) Hence.....my "Plan"

We can HOPE KC plays with little motivation.

Sure would be NICE if the Bill LOST tomorrow!

The Bills will beat the Patriots by at least 4 TD's.

As long as Mahomes plays the Steelers will probably lose, especially if we get the same sorry ass pass rush like we did against the Ravens.

the weak PASS RUSH is because TJ IS INURED!

but our DUMMY LEADERSHIP traipsed him out there.

he SHOULD have rested - this game had L written ALL OVER IT, by last SUN night.........

correct - my Plan was our 'best option'

does not mean it would have worked - hell, odds are 50/50 for a 4 game losing streak to finish the season......

It has nothing to do with TJ being injured there has been games all season when TJ has been a nonfactor.

Crazy to me how punting on 4th and 7 at mid-field with 10mins+ is "living in your fears", yet sitting healthy players so as not to risk injury is not.

not when he was blocked with ONE TACKLE. he has been double and triple teamed and not been effective.

come on man, come on! wake up and make some sensible posts. He had NO BUSINESS playing yesterday. Tomlin panicked. Now we risked his 'readiness' for the 2 games we need to win

Your “plan” was still stupid. There were two game changing negative plays by Wilson, and the game could have turned out very differently if either turnover hadn’t happened. Of course in your mind I’m sure you “planned” for those game changing plays as well.

Since when you become an NFL HC? You need to watch closer if you think Watt gets double teamed on every play.

so - revisit the LAST MONTH.

    the TEAM FAILED MISERABLY.

HAD they rested some guys vs. Balt, (WATT should not been on the field, as an example), and maybe not play your better players - AKA, Joey Porter (they could have started Trice - and Porter stays healthy), etc., THEN MAYBE they would have been in a better spot to handle the Chiefs.

    better rested, better health, etc

BUT UPON FURTHER REVIEW, no STRATEGY can help a TOMLIN TEAM. He remains the problem, he and his coaching and his schemes. His OC and DC's are always just pedestrian. NEVER GREAT. No one leaves here for a HC job. Have you Tomlin Cheerleaders ever asked yourself why that is?

think about that? Arians is not a good example. Let's discuss the 'modern era', please.

Regardless, I had a plan. Nothing probably would have helped this inept coaching staff. Even when we got Pickens back, Smith had no idea what to do on offense. The OLINE was putrid, they played exhausted on Christmas day.

And your plan was still ridiculous. They were never going to sit guys with the division on the line and the team will be as healthy as it has been in weeks when they return to the field Saturday night.
