A few heads up plays to note that could easily go unnoticed, and speaks I think to coaching. 1) Rookie Pierre catching J Williams from behind to make that tackle before the end zone was huge and goes to not giving up on the play because others screwed up. That led to the Bush sack thus relegating the Broncos to 3 points instead of 7 or 8. 2) don’t know if anyone caught it but rookie Kendrick Green’s speed and athleticism in the tacklie from Ben’s fumble again may have saved points on the board and was crucial. 3) Claypoole having the presence of mind to stay in bounds after an exciting catch. 4) The lines push, particularly the physicality of rookie Friermueth assisting Big Dan for the Najee touchdown, well done Mueth. That’s the kind of play that can go unnoticed and needs to be called out. I have no expertise other than being a fan but all of the above with rookie or relatively new players, to me, speaks to coaching. As much as I have to complain about in our 4rth quarter Melt Down I have to give Kudos to the coaching and fundamentals. A mistake n any of the above could have cost us the game.
