I didn't see this during the game but if you are looking to get mean and nasty on run blocking I believe Pat just stepped up. They begin to gel as a team and this effort will be just the start.

All the more reason I clamored for him to obtain more chances and receive more snaps as that game went along. For that matter, here is hoping he does come Week 2. I like Ebron but in terms of his blocking ability compared to Pat's, Eric stands little to no chance as blocking is by far his worst trait.

Muth is a better receiver as well.

Pat will be called by first name just like Ben because somebody gave them to long last names.

Once again I am probably giving a rookie to much credit but I think Pat is going to be special. Big plus at that position.

It's always a crapshoot with what the NFL will block as far as links. If I see a good one on YouTube such as this one I try to post it so people who don't live on YouTube like you and I lol

love the effort but continuing to block someone out of bounds will draw a penalty that could cost you the game.

True. His catching can be a head scratcher at times. Muth will eventually start. Ebron is insurance if some injury should occur which is why I wanted him to finish his contract here this season.

Too bad Green couldn't block his DB or Chase would have scored.

You guys remember when Eric Ebron made a block that good? Me either...

The best block Ebron had was when he playing with Legos when he was 7.

I think the guy trailing would have gotten him inside.

Had another good one along the seam too, can't remember when the play happened, but I do remember seeing him pancake a LB.

Ebron also missed the block and was laying on the ground on a Najee handoff at the 6 that he was trying to bounce back to the right. He gets one of those guys, Najee has a chance, instead he's on the ground and both of them square him up...
