CDC Says you quarantine for 10 days from the date of the positive test. There is no way for players who tested positive (test date, not result date) after the 16th to play on the 26th. Besides, PA wont let them in (how they keep them out I have no clue). I say forfeit toooooo late in the season.

The lead NFL Physician has stated there have been no proven cases traced to game day play. I guess they have there methods, but I just do not see how that can really be proven. People can carry the virus and have no symptoms, all of the close contact on the field..how can you trace that?

I do as well, they gave us a pretty good beat down last Dec. Just feels good at times to smack the crap out of your main rival on your home turf.

Almost always want your opponent at their best, full strength...this is one time that doesn't matter. Suck it, ratbirds, and take your punishment.

No we won't! That tips the scale the other way!

As far as the continued positives always coming on Sunday night or Monday, it just shows how political all this BS is. Just because the NFL has unlimited money, they can manipulate a situation which rocked the entire world!

    No Way!

I don't even think Mason could handle the Ravens 2nd stringers.

Thing is, these guys are testing positive, not just under the contact protocols. Means they're out 10-14 days minimum, not the 5 days for just contact without a positive test. Even if the game is moved to Sunday, they won't be playing. May even have to miss Thursday night against the Cowboys.

So, help me out. Why can't they move game to Saturday or Sunday? It's the Ravens issue. Give them the short week.

That is very possible. Keep in mind that the wording is important.

"No proven cases traced to games" is not the same as "proven that no cases came from games".
The number of cases due to external causes could be enough to account for the cases seen so far, so the effect due to the games is being camouflaged.

This is a huge prime time game for NBC. I'm sure they are going to try to talk the league out of moving it.

True. For example, they can't prove McDonald didn't get it from Marlon Humphrey when the Steelers played the Ravens. McDonald was sick a few days later, then tested positive after the Dallas game, which was the following Sunday.

Thanksgiving game has highest viewership of any game not a playoff game I believe. Not sure of the penalty if they can’t deliver a product, but I bet it’s quite a lot.

McPhee is on the COVID-19 Reserve List. We already know there are two more Ravens who tested positive yesterday, but the team still hasn't put them on the list. I wonder if that is some sort of gamesmanship, not wanting the Steelers to know who else is going to be missing for the game.
