    R. Reynolds is very hit, or miss it seems. Hell maybe it's that way for everyone.

Off topic for your above post.

I'm not a big movie goer. Not big on The Oscars. Hell, I wouldn't know most the movies. I might have watched 2 of last 10 Best Picture winners.

Anyway, I see that Sinners has set a record at The Oscars. It has 16 nominations. And thanks to your post to another member I realized I missed the whole ending.

I may actually tape it just to see if they do a tribute to Rob Reiner and to see how Sinners does. I am not a fan of this years host.

    I don't watch award shows.
Hell most of the time the movies that I don't like, I find later they got the most awards. It's very seldom that I like a movie that wins awards. Like apparently Sinners.
Hell one of my favorite movies of all time is a movie from1982 John Carpenters: The Thing. I'd bet it didn't win any awards. LoL. So I'm with you there on award shows.

I'll be damned. One Battle After Another won for Best Picture and it is a movie I liked. Great job by Sean Penn (Best Supporting Actor) and Leonardo Dicaprio. Of course the 51 year old attended with his 27 year old new lover. How men are comfortable with that age difference I'll never understand.

I dated at 21 year old when I was 48. It's not a big deal. When I was 18, I dated a 39 year old, and it was not a big deal that way either.

I dated a 27 year old when I was 52. I brought up the age difference and she said I don’t care it’s just a number. Who am I to argue with that logic?

    Exactly.
If the two people that are together are happy with the age difference, I don't see why , or how it should affect anyone else.
