For me personally, hiring the likes of Baalke should have never happened. For that matter, Shahid Khan hiring him as the Director of Player Personnel in 2020 was no more than a Trojan Horse for Baalke to climb back up into the NFL Ranks to become GM again; only to destroy another Franchises Roster in the process. Never mind that, Baalke has single handedly destroyed the possible potential of a generational QB in Trevor Lawrence via his horrific hiring of Urban Meyer circa 2021.

Even worse?! The Jaguars missed out on the likes of Ben Johnson and Buccaneers Offensive Coordinator Liam Coen; the former of the two more damning. Liam initially wanted the job but only wanted it if Baalke were to be relieved of his duties. Shahid clearly didn't see it this way; prompting Coen to head back to Tampa Bay. Now, Shahid Khan is in an unenviable position; he has a young QB who has shown he still possesses Franchise QB traits but has created a job opening in which few would want to actively seek out.

    Thoughts?!
