Yeah it did look bad, he was in obvious pain, it looked like he had trouble breathing or was nauseous at one point they had the camera on him.

Hopefully it isn’t something like a broken rib?

Injuries ruin football. The NFL has done a good a job trying to protect the players now and in the long term from injuries but the human body is not built for slamming into things.

I'm waiting for the touchy feelie side of our society to demand they put flags in their back pockets;) If I'm an NFL Coach when that happens, just scout the fastest guys you can find.;)

Good thing is it's short term and resolves in days or weeks. Not sure what that means for him playing football though.

If he did suffer a collapsed lung, it isn't just the recovery from that. There may be injuries to his sternum or ribs. Part of what concerned me is that the medical staff didn't seem to realize he was injured at first. I saw a shot of him coughing and seeming to struggle on the sideline without medical personnel checking on him. I'm not sure even he realized how bad it was at first.

Did he return after the 69-yard run? He landed on his chest on that play. I didn't think he came back in.

I thought I heard the Announcers saying he was back in the game at one point before being taken in. Of course that guy was saying TJ got another sack for the fumble recovery and score! lol

They also kept insisting that it was the first touchdown of Watt's career. They said it during the game, then Walters said it when speaking with Watt after the game. He was too polite and too humble to correct her. That was poor research, not checking if he ever had one in the playoffs.
