    Still don't get it.
And Brown is underpaid? I'd argue that when he got that contract he was overpaid at that time.

Dang Glenn. Think this is the first time I disagreed with you. I don't want Mike Wallace any closer than Sewickley to the Steelers. I would rather go with Murphy

    Well you're obviously wrong Costal.

    Just kidding!

Bringing Wallace in may not be a good idea as far as the locker room goes. I was just thinking he might still have some value on the field.

I have a hard time believing he wont be offered more than the vet min somewhere or that he is willing to take less to come back. So no i dont think he offers enough value.

    Lol!
Yeah, probably a bad idea to bring him back.

I truly hope people aren't forgetting about Wallace giving up on balls thrown his way and holding out when he decided to be a lil b*tch during contract negotiations. Wallace is all about "me first," which is an attitude we most definitely don't need this coming season.

No, I don't want him on this team. We'll be just fine.

Oh no he didn't get paid way more then what the steelers were offering. His contract was 60 mil but only saw the 27 mil guaranteed and was cut. He turned down 50mil over five yrs..and was squabbling 1-2mil because the rcvr from San Diego got 52 mil.
They offered him that right after they signed decastro.
Wallace don't deserve to cone back and the disrespect comes into play when...
After all that brown has accomplished for us...you bring back a one trick pony, that Ben made...saying that our present receiving isn't good enough without him

Well I understand what your saying but that was a couple teams ago...a couple cuts ago and many years of maturity. I can't speak for him but I am thinking that it can hurt to bring him back on the cheap with the understanding of him being a 3-4, maybe even a 5 guy. At this point in his career he might want a one year prove me deal and that would fiut right in with what we are looking for. And if he cries during preseason we show him the door, nothing to lose, imo.

They never offered him 50 million contract. They offered him the contract that Brown ended up signing for 42 million. Wallace went on to get a contract for 60 million, thats a lot more.

No I remember it was 50mil and just like they let k.lewis walk and supposedly given c.Allen the same money, but it ended up being less then they offered lewis. They saved money on both contracts ..one worked out and one didnt
