Really proud of the TN Vols basketball team. Only the 2nd time in program history to make the elite 8. These young men played hard and gave their all.

Even though they didnt do what they needed to do to make the final 4, they should still walk tall and hold their heads high for what they accomplished this year. Go Big Orange!

Really? Rick Barnes was a sh!tty coach for Clemson then Texas and now your rocky never reach the top team.

Man, I debated whether to even respond to this ignorance, but here goes. There are so many reasons why your comparison between Barnes and Tomlin is apples and oranges. For starters, different sport, different level, different history, different records. Don't you realize that Barnes just finished arguably the best season in TN basketball history? He took them to the 2nd elite 8 ever for TN. Bruce Pearl had the only other elite 8 showing. This team was head and shoulders better than that Pearl team and would have easily been in the final 4 if it weren't for the biggest one-sided officiating I've ever seen in college basketball. Yes Barnes built and recruited this squad. You can kvetch all you want about Rick's history at TX but he's the best coach TN basketball has had. Hell, by contrast, Tomlin is going on 8 years without even sniffing a postseason win. Barnes runs a tight ship. Tomlin runs a friggin 3 ring circus. GTFOH with your lame ass hatred for the best conference in college athletics. It's not even close.
