Men's NCAA Tournament

Couple Damn members have sparked my interest. I was just curious if you follow the "madness" whose your team??

Not a follower but always root for Pitt. Not sure if they'll get in (22-10 heading into ACC tournament) but I hope so. Much rather have a certain alum of Pitt prove me wrong this NFL season.

So whose your team?

One member is pumped for the S.C. Gamecocks and another pumped for the Tennessee Vols.

 

Always root for Pitt as well but never that hopeful. They do have some excellent 3 pt shooters this year and if they are on, they could win a game or 2 IF they even get in. Capel has put together a pretty exciting team this year via the portal. I always root for the unheard of little schools that somehow get in - about 6-7 years ago there was a tiny school from Maryland I believe that won a few upset games and were fun to watch. I don't have cable or satellite any longer, only streaming channels so not sure how much I'll even get to watch.

Pitt smokes Wake Forest which I hope helps their cause to get into the madness.

 

Pitt loses a tough one to NC. 22-12 damn well get them into the Madness.

 

They deserve to be in because they would run right through teams like
Alabama

south carolina
Tennessee
Auburn

I see how NCAA works to get into the Tournament. Pitt would smoke a 1/3 of the teams that got in.

You heard it here first: Pittsburgh Panther's men's BB team will kick major ass 2024/25 season. We will be in the "Madness".

Pitt used to be the chit, when they were in the Big East, they dont make as much noise now that they are in the big bad ACC.
Yes, the SEC, just as good in basketball as we are in football

 

SEC has 8 teams in the big dance this year. Lots of parity. It's been a fun season to watch this year!

 

Only way we can play Auburn again is for the national championship. They beat the brakes off us twice
