I made a meatloaf this week using the Betty Crocker cookbook

Although it was the original handwritten one

 

I have a great recipe, or I'm suppose to, but when I make it ....it sucks.....it's My Mother, and Grandfather's recipe..., but I think they are purposely leaving something out.....because it never comes out like My Grandfather's did, or My Mother's does. I remember living back in Chicago, and missing real cornbread so much....
Also I don't know how You can eat that Jiffy mix....it tastes like cake.
