    I'm not so sure there was that one moment that ended Tyson's career. At first glance it does seem like maybe it was the Douglas fight, but if you know the details of his life, everything was in shambles the whole time and it really was inevitable that things fell apart for him. He simply couldn't live the way he did and continue dominating.

    I highly, highly recommend reading his book. It's a great book and it shows just how unbelievable crazy his life was.

    I've seen some interviews with guys that were in his camp at the time and different ones of them have said they knew it was coming. His corner that night of the Douglas fight was apparently clueless.

    The reason I say that about his career is because he was once asked later after getting beaten badly if he felt his career was over and he said "my career ended in Tokyo". It's a real shame. I really think ANY 80s megastar probably lived an insane life in those days.
