Maturing Faster Than I Thought

Even if Artie is coasting will athleticism... still a positive sign regardless. Limiting Sean Davis sounds bad... but he needs to learn how to play one position for the time being. Putting too much on the plate can and will result into lapses in focus.

 

That's what happened to Shamarko too if I remember. Davis is clearly more talented than Thomas, so I hope this allows him to become the safety that we drafted him to be

 

It should. Sean was a better safety at Marylard. The injury bug hit Maryland so Sean had no choice but to play cornerback.


Being moved back to safety now in the pros will help him and usher another solid safety duo for Pittsburgh.

Artie Burns just needs coached up, he is a good football player. He will get better.

Yep. Artie was considered too raw.. and Sean was considered not good due to tackling woes.

 

I think those rooks are pretty darn good, but not good enough to cost us an arm and a leg when it comes to signing them. Definitely the kind of talent we need to keep Bell, Brown, and Ben happy with there contracts.

 

im happy with the picks. Maybe not as splashy as other picks but they are getting there.
