Yeah....We need DBs like I've been preaching for 3 years, and everyone keeps saying We don't.

 

Edmunds has been a weak link as a Coverage Safety since he was drafted .. We really have no good press man CB so if 3rd. and short the other Team just throws a quick pass ... A smart OC designs routes that pulls Minkah away from the middle and then pick on Edmunds deep down the middle on 3rd. and long..

If I could find the stats I bet the Steelers give up 30 to 40 % more on 3rd. and long right over the ball more than anyone else...

Now because of the things above we have to play more nickel and dime and give our LB'S more area to cover as pass defenders this makes the run Defense weaker ..

So the 1st. step is it to get Edmunds out from any deep Safety work .. #2 Get a CB who can man up on the outside .. If the Team could just do these 2 things the Defense would be leaps and bounds better .

 

Steelers also scored the most points against the Bungles during this run. Probably what saves Canada’s job.

game was over early 4th Q, we backdoor'd some points.....it was 37 - 23 with 4 mins to play......

first half was strong, creative, points on most possessions. 2nd half SUCKED. fell asleep, could not get first downs, awful.

Canada sucks
