saw a mock draft with Steelers selecting Marcus Allen out of Penn State. Have not seen him play. but seems like a good player.

He is but Justin Reid for me is a far better option... for now.

For me, have to see how well each player tests at the Combine.

Surprised that walterfootball has him projected as 4-6 rd pick. Their 15th ranked safety. I've seen him play several times and I thought he was better than that.

Maybe I just watched good games.

Walter has some highly questionable rankings early on.

Quin Blanding of Virginia is a good safety.

Agree, good leader as well on that team. Would be a great 2nd round target imo.

armani watts is my target safety.

sean chandler Temple has some good stats and may be one of those under the radar guys because of where he played.

jamar summers. he'll be in the East/West shrine game this weekend.

    blanding played pretty well too.

there are definitely plenty of safeties to choose from and some big corners that could play that spot as well.

I’m s Penn State fan, and Allen is ok, but no earlier than rounds 2-3 at best.

In the NFL, do you think he can play FS, or is he more in an in the box type?

Based on his size, and room to add muscle, good but not great speed along with lack of interceptions, I’d say strong safety. He’s a good tackler and can play the run.

Don't see Allen as anywhere near a 1st round pick.
