    EXACTLY the reason the Rooneys would not draft him. I don't think there is any way the Steelers would draft a guy accused of sexual assault after the huge headache they had to endure with Ben being accused of sexual assault for two straight off seasons. Winston has the tools, but I'm not overly impressed. Doesn't seem to be the brightest bulb in the chandelier and with his baggage, I'd pass on him.

    Winston's the guy you build your team around. He's going to want to surround himself with some intelligent people from this point on, though.

    Actually, as far as I know, thats the only baggage he has and since no charges were filed, I don't think it's fair to hold that against him, much like Ben. IIRC, this kid has been squeaky clean up to that point.

    As TTF pointed out though, he's a talent you'd want to build around. Has all the tools.

    I read the other day that the family of the girl is filing civil suit. I don't know if he's guilty, but I think the Rooneys would be very reluctant to ever draft him because of what's transpired with Ben.

    I'm sure theyd do their home work but it's not like they will be in position to draft him next season anyway, so kind of moot. If we have the number 1 pick next year, I'll personally head the charge to fire MT! :lolol:

    I wouldn't eliminate him cause of that completely. I can tell you that this chick is very unreliable. she is looking to get paid. if you exclude a player for having sex in college then I can tell you our draft board will be empty.lol people close to the program know what happened. therefore the steelers will do their homework
