SOB as if they needed this right now...that'll sap the stamina from them late in the game...looks like there were not too many starters on that list though...Finney, Hamilton, Green and HeyBey. Mettenburger won't dress so.... That's 5 of the 15...

The flu is definitely going around in western PA. I had it last week.

You know, if some Arrowhead stadium worker were to come out and say that some mystery guy paid him off to spray a squirt bottle full of water laced with norovirus on the Steelers sidelines, it would be pretty unsurprising. I'm not saying that Bellechick did it.... but I think he would do anything to get an edge.

I think it's a misinformation scheme by Tomlin
    • Players sick
    • Green practicing
    • Harrison hurt
    • Landry throwing with first team (just kidding about this one)
He's pulling out all the stops to throw off AHole Billy :)

I called my family in Pittsburgh 2 days ago and everyone had it.

This isn't good considering they still have to fly there.

They should leave today (err.... "they" means the players... i assumed you didn't mean your family still had to fly up to boston)

Nope. I meant the players. Flying with the flu is horrible. Actually doing anything but laying in bed is not recommended. This does not bode well for the Steelers at all.

Tell our boys to breath heavily in the face of NE players when they get a chance.

They're being tended to by the best doctors money can buy. These guys will be fine Sunday. Doesn't concern me a bit.

I didn't think HeyBey could catch anything. They should get to NE now and cough all over the stadium :puking 3:

Yeah it's definitely a red herring because there's no possible way Green is practicing. LOL!

Type A or B? I've had both in years gone by and man I'm telling you Type A is about the absolute sickest I've ever been in my entire life. There are no words to describe how awful I felt. Then I got Type B a few years ago and it was bad and kept me segregated in my game room for 5 straight days while my wife was pregnant with our little girl and my little boy was only 3. It wasn't nearly as bad as Type A but it was still terrible.

:hmm: Hmmmm. Say Ms Steel - you haven't been extra chummy with any Steeler players in the past - say 10 days? This is a really big co-ink-i-dink - don't you think? :hmm: There's absolutely no other conceivable explanation.

The flu shot will not protect you from the "stomach flu".

Better now than 2 days from now. They should be fine by Sunday.

Still sucks, but isn't that our luck?

And the "stomach flu" isn't actually the flu. If that's what they have, they shouldn't say flu.

Actually, if that's what they have, it's better than having the flu... usually.

Or all strains of the flu for that matter. Each year they select the most likely strains to put in the vaccine.

Quiz: Anyone know what main piece of information they use to make the selections?
