Doesn't matter if the Steelers win or not. I don't think the Texans play it out (for all 60 minutes) or play terribly hard.

Steelers beat the Bills and they're already in (and probably the 5 seed). Steelers beat the Jets and they're in control.

They didn't and yet again will suffer the fate of the other NFL also rans, like Cincy, Miami, NYG, Detroit, etc.

Ravens will not play Lamar Jackson, Mark Ingram, Earl Thomas, Marshal Yanda and Brandon Williams against the Steelers on Sunday. Time to get ready for Divisional Round.

Unfortunately that won't have an impact in Ten/Hou game.

Except they won't play the whole game, nor will they play all out

Agreed.. sucks we have to rely on other teams and not handle our own business..
But just looking @ the Ravens when RG3 is in.. their offense has put up a total of 10 pts in 9 drives this year with him under center.. He doesn't have a passing TD (their only TD was a run by one of their RB for 65 yards) but he does have an INT. Baltimore also will be playing without one of their top run stuffers Brandon Williams.. I am waiting to see if they have anyone else sit for the game.. Wouldn't mind having a CB or two sit..

And since he didn't play against us in week 5, I bet LJ Fort is going to play with extra intensity this game.

I kind of think that is a mistake for Ravens to rest guys for multiple weeks, but hopefully it gives us a chance.

I am sure he adds another dimension to their team, but Texans will be without Will Fuller.. thats tough for Houston to overcome..
Last home game fo the season though, so I expect them to fight and get that W.. The thing I am worried about though is whether or not Watson plays or McCarron?
Watson hobbled off Saturday and checked that ankle a few times the last couple drives..

Even with those players not playing for the Ravens, our players are no match. Especially on offense.

Because Ravens are a better team since we last played them. And our offense has gotten worst. Additionally, it looks like Pouncey, Conner and Rudolph are all out.

They will be playing second string players. We are playing 3rd and 4th string.

There still a chance the Texans could be a 3rd seed if they win and the Chiefs lose to the Chargers.

Also Ravens have a true Coach of Year candidate.

Nice of them if true, but we can`t win in the playoffs if we get there. What are we going to do, start Lynch or a flamed out Duck?

BTW, wondering if we got injury news on Mason and Pouncey.

Not sure that's too smart of the Texans. IIRC didn't Watson get injured in like week 16-17 a couple of years ago?

I wouldn’t go that far. Harbaugh has talent at those skill positions we don’t. Or at least better talent. I wonder how far he would of gotten with his 3rd string quarterback, practice squad receivers and running backs in the same category.

Not positive but wasnt the Colts that clinched early and rested some guys and then they were off on the timing?

Then on the other hand the pitchforks and torches would be out if Lamar J played and got severely injured.

    Tough decision for sure

Houston might start their guys but it’ll be in the back of their mind that they are already in. I fully expect the Titans to win next weekend and take the sixth seed.

If the Steelers somehow get in they are likely headed to arrowhead where they will get tonked IMO

Fair enough. I know there's not a lot to be optimistic about, but if not for a BS roughing the passer call, in the first game, we likely win in regulation. And you're right, our injury issues have only gotten worse.

Anything can happen in playoffs. If the game is close, KC can get tight.
