Glad he decided to retire, thought he was going to be one of those athletes that can't let go of the game, would have been a big mistake.

He got the story book ending, no better way to go out.

Great career and time to move on. I'm sure we'll see Mooning on CBS or NFL network or something.

I wasn't a Manning fan during his early years, I always thought he looked like a bird trying to fly at the LOS. Then, one Monday night, the Colts were being beaten badly by the Bucs. So badly that I turned the game off and missed one of the best comebacks ever. Colts were down by, i don't remember, 24 points or something and they managed to pull it off. After that, I joined the Manning fans. In that sense, he's like Elway to me. Couldn't stand him early on but, grew to like the way he played the game.

    That'll never happen with Brady!

He will go down as the top 5 of all time up to this date. Nobody was going
to out prepare this guy. Now buy the Titans and see if you can turn that franchise around.
Supposedly over 400 mill in career earnings? To put that into perspective if # 7 plays out his
contract with the Steelers just north of 200 million.

Yup, he used to irritate me too with all his pre-snap antics. I began to appreciate how great he was though and hes a likable guy. Agree with you about Elway too, wasn't a fan at first either, I think it was his feet stomping tantrum about not playing for the Colts that put me off him at first.

Yeah, and hell no to Brady :lolol:

Funny thing about Brady, I started out liking him but now not so much.
