When I used the app hotelnow after the game. It directed me there 1 night for $120
I think you should wait that's what I'm doing last year I waited till the day before to buy my ticket and I saved a ton of money
I’m downloading that app noW
Im not gonna make it to the game this Sunday. I will be coming next season. Looked at this place and Residence Inn Pittsburgh North shore. Are these areas ok near the Stadium?
.......and probably another 15% when switching to Geico.
I’ve never stayed at that hotel so i am not sure
I’m sure someone here has and can advise though.
Sorry I meant to add in Wydham hotel
Wait too long they may be gone. Normal game the scalpers all have tickets. I think a playoff game may sell out fast
Also for others who may want a hotel. There is a Sheraton in Moon Township near the airport. Actually it is right across from where the old airport was.
Yes, you will be ok. And you have an easy walk to town or a short subway ride to station square. Several restaurants near by. Very close to stadium.
If you mean the Wyndham at the point ... I stayed there two years ago. It's nice. And you can easily walk to/from the stadium from there.
Lots of tickets available at a reasonable price if you live local.
Actually, there are lots of tickets available at a reasonable price if you don't live local. You are just farther away.
Thank you jeh1856, Clive From PIT and bigsteelerfaninky. I'm excited. Me and the Wife have always wanted to visit Pittsburgh and we are in September or October.
lots of tix left and some good prices, i'm surprised
That's a great plan, I live on the east side of CBus and I can get there in about 2 1/2 hours drive.
Just a heads up everybody looking for tickets, I've been watching ticket master pretty closely today and have been noticing venue tickets go up every once in awhile. I went ahead and grabbed some for myself in section 131 for 170$. All the resale are going at a minimum of 240-250 in that same section.
Anyways, just keep checking ticket master and looking at the interactive map and you will see what I'm talking about (blue dots are venue tickets). There was even some second level tickets for 230$ (club level?). My guess is that people who made orders are canceling their orders/can't pay for them.
Best of luck!
EDIT: Just saw some venue tickets for Section 235 Second Row for 350$. Sad I bought mine already but that was pushing the envelope a bit for me anyways!
funny thing to me is.... that I got a few seats for the game at a much lower rate than the same section for the regular season New England game.
Lower Level Prime 136 Row BB |
Ticket price (2 tickets) $399.99 tax and fees included.
Thank god I stayed up till 330am and fluked out on this pair!
All seats in the prime are going for 330-390each ticket!
Been looking at tix for almost 2 weeks this set just popped on and I acted fast
Score score score
So pumped can't wait to drive down from Canada! Only 5 hour drive
Got my tickets, my Airbnb 2 miles from the stadium, anybody doing a meet up Saturday before the game?
I'm down but did u mean sunday? driving down from Toronto tomorrow at noon. Should be there under 6 hours
Got my hotel 10min from heinz
I will be arriving extremely thirsty boys
Either Saturday or Sunday. Gonna drive down Saturday early evening, with the weather in Central Ohio getting bad.
Incredible that a Steelers playoff game isn't even sold out. Plenty of tickets left on Ticketmaster.
Why buy overpriced tickets when you can buy them 12 hours before and save a lot.
Leaving Toronto in t-minus 90min
