I've said this before, but Bill Belichick, and Brady both lost to Mark Sanchez(Mr Butt fumble), and the Jets in the playoffs....who We beat in the playoffs the same year., and went to the SB.....So this.... oh they lost to this player , or team means nothing.

It’s quite possibly the dumbest argument in recorded history. If it’s second it’s by a hair and only second to “ he did it with cowher’s players”.

And that pick belongs to rhecTexans..who also currently hold the first pick. They play on the 4th. Imagine wanting g to tank, but also wanting your opponent to tank lol.

Brady and Belichick had a lot of recent success - more than us, so one playoff loss can be more easily overlooked. We have a track record of losing to teams we should beat- and a poor playoff record in the last ten years. compound that with talking about matching up with the patriots when you haven’t beaten the jags yet and it just doesn’t look good.

My perspective on Steelers under Tomlin?

    Chronic and notorious underachievers.

We haven't dominated a team in 5+ years. We used to have blowout wins back in blitzburgh days.

We haven't won a playoff game in so long I can't even remember the year or who we beat. We are now the team that everyone wants to play in the playoffs. That's embarrassing and that's on Tomlin (mostly) and Colbert.

I hope we get back to being the team that other teams fear, but I see very little light at the end of that tunnel.

for now, all we can hope for is an improved slogan, however empty and devoid of impact.

So moving the the target a bit. Yes they Have had more success than any team period....that's why Me saying they lost to Mr butt fumble should be telling. It shows no matter Who You are You can lose to anyone....which shows saying the Broncos/Tebow, and the Jags/Bortles is a weak choice of saying if someone is good , or not....its a bad example. That's all
Notice I never dispute the lack of how long its been, but the comparisons.

Actually a pretty simple and accurate reasoning. I saw a recent statement by JuJu that he has learned more in his short time at the Chiefs than his entire time under the Steelers. The league changes and you have to be willing to embrace those changes. Trying to go back to something that worked in the past sounds great, but how many games have been won in the last year with teams driving the entire field in less than a minute? My point is it's not a league you can just pound and ground anymore, I just feel we are stagnant on both sides of the ball.

he’s on NFL Today so in someone’s eyes he did. I don’t think he gets that gig without a SB ring

With his personality? Yeah, he would have ended up on TV anyway.

Right, but good teams should beat inferior teams. if it were an anomaly I would feel better about it, but with Tomlin it’s been a trend.

How DARE you blaspheme Saint William like that? That was 100% on the players, not St. Bill.

I never really got into it but it had a long run on TV. Like 10-11 seasons. I think it's a father flashing back to how he met the kids mother. Only thing I really remember is I had such a crush on that Hannigan actress. Can't recall her first name.
