The blocks are being put in place and he now should have a foundation. Time to do more than any winning season and to win a couple playoff games. Yes, RW can get you there with a surrounding cast. Many pieces are moving in the right direction. No more lame duck trap games should be accepted. Time to step up or step out. As the longest tenured coach let’s see what you got.

This is Tomlin's best roster since the Ben, Bell and Brown days. Anything less than a playoff win this coming season will be a big disappointment.

I feel as though he didn’t have much say in the Russell Wilson grab. I think that was an opportunity that couldn’t be passed up. How he handles it is a different subject altogether. JMHO.

While I fully expect Khan and Co. To fill holes, currently there is no center worthy of starting on this team and huge gapig holes at numerous other positions including WR now.

So I don't get the claim of a superior roster at the moment.

With that said, I do like the moves do far and have confidence they will build a good roster

But, but MT never had a losing season. Also no playoff wins in 7 years. Keep messing around MT, new sheriff in town named Omar

Relax, wrs are dime a dozen. Everyone panicked when we let Mike Wallace go. DJ overrated and is replaceable. As far as a center goes this will be addressed in draft

    I
If i was GM, i wouldnt let Tomlin have a say on anything that is offense, speak to your OC. MT needs to stay in his lane, which is defense

I would withhold judgement on the roster till the final 53.
You can throw a lot of names in a room but can they play together?
At best, the QB has to prove himself again after the Denver debacle. (be it his fault or not)
And he has to do so in a new OC's offense.
There's just too much that needs to fall into place here.

On paper, we look ok for now.
Still need OT, C, WR DB and find 2 more QB's (though not top names but competitive)

This roster has lots of work still to do. I claimed MT would never win another playoff game here years ago. I stand by that claim.

Not sure I agree about WR's. That would be like saying Bradshaw would have done just as well without Swann and Stalworth. Ben. R had idiot boy who made great moves on terribly thrown balls. Great receivers make QB's numbers look good. Do agree about DJ and it won't kill me if he is gone.

We are all rooting against you.

Seems some think we got things in place. Whose the QB leading this charge into the Playoffs??? I admit I'm anti Pickett and Wilson was great in his prime. Prime being the key word. Although right now I can see 10 wins. Enough for Playoffs???

Not sure it’s evaluating as much as developing.

He won’t have to worry about the later with Wilson. Him and Smith just need to put together an offense that fits his strengths best.

Art II said he wants Tomlin back but he mentioned that him and his agent were way off. Sounds like Tomlin wants a big raise and Art II is backing off.

Removed Tomlin from the equation as he should be. This isn't some scrub named Canada who was micro managed by Tomlin.

My issue is the defensive plan and scheme he puts together. Especially when they get to the playoffs. Should have brought in a solid defensive coordinator. But they resigned Austin...

He needs his feet to the fire I am sick and tired of him making obvious changes waaaaaayyyyy too late. It's costing games and costing SEASONS.

Pressley Harvin is class Tomlin, that sums up how behind the curve he is with SIMPLE NO BRAINER changes that need to be made quickly and without fuss, instead of clinging on desperately hoping to be poroived right, there's loyalty and then there's stupidity. Tomlin doesn't know when one becomes the other.
