Looking for some information - Harold’s Cave Creek Corral (AZ)

Hey board, my wife and I are headed to the Phoenix area for a long weekend and heading to the above mentioned bar on December 7th to watch the Steeler vs Pats game. Has anyone ever been to this bar and how was it? I was told reservations are a good idea. Thanks for any feedback?

 

We were there Saturday before the Steelers lead by the Duck beat the Cards. It was crazy but 75% of the fans at the game were Steelers Faithful and I think they were all at Harolds on Saturday... Great fun. Sister lives out there and pre COVID, she would joke that you had to have a seat license to guarantee a place to sit for the game....she may have been pulling our legs. Worth the visit.

There is a Bears bar and a Green Bay bar near by.

There are a ton of Steeler fans out this way so get there early. Just a FYI.

 

Was there a couple of times as my sister lives in the Scottsdale area. Probably the best Steeler bar in the nation. After a Steeler score the waitress get up on bar and start dancing. The place is wild and a lot of fun. The owners are originally from the burgh and very nice.

 

Harold's is THE steeler sports bar to go to in Arizona. It's about an hour north of the airport. In a country western bar/restaurant in a small country western suburb called Cave Creek. Take Scottsdale Road straight north until it dead ends in Cave Creek.

I go there many times a year.

was there for the super bowls against the cardinals, seahawks and packers. the sign says max capacity 558 but there were over 2000 there against the packers. LOL

loud fight songs, active public address announcers, bling on the walls, pretty girl waitresses, reasonably fast service, audience actively involved, patrons dress up in steeler gear.

reminds me of a good tailgater in a parking lot outside the Heinz Field stadium. Love it.

 

All of a sudden I want to move to Arizona

We have taken over a bar at times where I live but only if their home team was playing at a different time. When Ben was prime time this one bar got the Sunday Ticket because the few local Steeler fans tipped real well.
