Long term roster concerns

I think the OP is harsh in several areas but we certainly are heading in to a period of uncertainty and regression. This team does have some good players but it also has a lot of needs.

The single biggest thing is finding the next QB of course. If they can get a guy on a rookie deal for several years you can slot other pieces in through the draft and free agency. The bust rate on QB’s is huge however. There is a chance that the team lands in QB purgatory for a while.

 

As much as I've supported Tomlin, when you have so much talent playing soft and undisciplined where else can I look?

So many people look like their playing soft.
