    That was a short tenure.

After 50+ years of Super Bowls you would think all of the 32 teams would have at least been in a SB but not the poor Lions. Hell, even the Bengals have been to one.

Bengals have been to two! That's the only difference between them and the Chargers, who've only been once!

Someday the Lions will figure it out I hope.

Damn, I'm blank. I remember the 49er loss. I was pulling hard for them that year. Did my boy Boomer get them to one?? Hell, was it Boomer against the Niners?

Browns, Texans and Jags have never been in a Super Bowl, either.

Jim Caldwell did not have much of a chance even though his tenure far exceeded Patricia's! That is the irony of it all!! Unreal!!

Not surprised. When are they going to seek a real franchise QB. Stafford is the poster boy for underachieving.

But yet, they kept Wayne Fontes around far past his shelf life because they failed to realize that the biggest reason they were competitive was Barry Sanders.

I watch a lot of Lions games & Stafford isn't the problem. It's been their defense since even before the Barry Sanders days. Patricia layed an egg that set them back from Caldwell's tenure.
