How about a discussion about why we don't have cheerleaders, or complaints that the logo is only on one side of the helmet? We could also have a therapy session for those who, like me, are afraid of toasters. All are excellent topics for discussion.

We might also want to debate the benefits or lack of benefits of having the logo at the 50 yard-line. That always stirs people's emotions.

 

Dude that's not even funny, leave the toasters out of this. Cheerleaders would look good in the black and gold. But Is having cheerleaders considered wimpy in the Steelers world?. Cheerleaders job is to keep the crowd going, do we really need that, the way this team likes to punish the other teams players the hits are our cheerleaders. Harrison is the Cheerleader captain.

 

Hey - the question was thrown out dealing with a lack of topics to discuss. That makes toasters fair game. From my understanding, there are lots of us out there who have this phobia. It's not as rare as you might think. We may need the support - as long as we can keep it Steelers related, so we're not thrown off the Steelers talk page.

I have never heard of the logo at the 50 debate ever... And I love that the logo is on one side only. Never heard of anyone not liking that either? Where have I been.

I'm also down with the Steelers having cute sideline girls. We were the first NFL team to ever have them back in the day.

 

We can talk about the terrible throwbacks they will be wearing this year.

The Logo came back when the Heinz Field was built. People wanted the logo on the field, but since Pitt and local High School teams have games there they decided not to have one at the 50 or something.

(Seriously, out of all the ridiculous debates, I don`t ever remember seeing the logo at mid-field, as one of them, although it should be, and I now, formally nominate it as a topic of discussion! )
Our name in the endzone has been brought up plenty of times, but, I can`t believe, I have never heard anyone mentioning the lack of a mid-field logo... Just wish I had thought of it first! I have a new Cause!! :swordsman: LOL!!
After reading a thread about Ben bashing field turf, And, remembering how happy we ALL are, with the condition of our "natural grass" field... I wonder if it`s just because the paint wouldn`t stick to the grass, as well as artificial turf...
