Lets take a look at 2015 draft. We drafted Dupree.

Ok so this get's me every year and it usually don't happen until after the season when we are all talking draft. NO TEAM......YEP NONE hit's their draft picks 100% and I don't have the numbers but I would like to see who hit more picks than the Steelers. Yeah we have had bad draft classes like the 2015 that you are pointing out and the 2009 class but here is a list from 2010 on what we hit on. For the record I will let you do the work to show me who has hit on more picks.

RD 2 Worilds.....good pick retired
RD 3 Sanders....was a starter and contributor, was much better after he left
RD 6 Dwyer...... good player for us
RD 6 AB..........wow another bad pick

RD 1 Heyward...............All Pro
RD 2 Gilbert..................still a starter

2012
RD 1 Decastro.............All Pro
RD 2 Adams................Started 21 games played 4 yrs not bad
RD 3 Spence....As most know I am not a fan of his NOW but injuries hurt him but played in 53 games
RD 7 Beachum...........Became a starter

2013
RD 1 Jones.............we all hated the pick but he played 4 seasons
RD 2 Bell................Top player at his position
RD 3 Wheaton..........Contributor 110 recptions
RD 4 Jones..............Good enough to stick around to be a career back up
RD 6 Williams..........Still starting

2014
RD 1 Shazier...........not sure I have to say anything here
RD 2 Tuitt...............Starter
RD 4 Bryant............good players off field issues, preformed for us
RD 6 McCullers........hate to say it but still on the team

RD 7 Ayers...........played a little but since a 7th rounder had to put him on...how many 7th rounders get playing time

RD 3 Sutton...........Playing
RD 3 Conner..........Might be ok,
RD 4 Dobbs...........Good enough to let LJ go..

Not gonna post about 2018 but as you can see we have tons of pro bowler, all pros, starters, bench and role players. To say that every year we miss or to say your let down means you are looking at only the misses. Yeah some players on this list are not good but they played and that is what we are talking about, to miss on a player means he don't contribute. Like I have said show me a team that hits 100%...you can't show me a team that hits 70% in this same time I am pretty sure you can't. The Draft is so hard and add into account the off field stuff it is even harder. Also the whole coulda shoulda stuff stop cause I am pretty sure every team woulda picked Brady before round 6 or AB...etc! jmo

 

I guess some of us have our living in fear teams for whatever reason lol
