Fire Fuchtner and let Ben call the plays. He knows this game, and how to use the talent we have, better than Fuchtner ever could and we could save the money Fuchtner has been stealing for a couple years.

I'm guessing he would if he were the play caller;)

I just went and read Randy’s resume.

He’s capable of airing out this Offense.
    When’s it coming?

This is a Homecoming game for him.
Hope he wants to show off.

Or maybe he’s a mole planted here by the Browns.

    it's a contribution as a whole.

    Mason errant throws
    Randy's predictable run formations
    Tomlin turtling at times
    WR drops
O line not creating running lanes
    RB getting hurt

too many to blame. 5-4 team though with a sexy defense so i dont care lol

Ben would undermine the kid for fear of losing his QB job. If Rudolph leads the Steelers into the playoff and even if they are one and done, next year Ben will the fittest he has ever been. Competition is a great motivator.

I remember hating Butler the last few years and now he has nearly every offense seeing ghosts out there.

I'd rather not have us try throwing the ball 50 yards down the field every time it's 3rd and 2 -.-

If Ben called the plays who would he passively aggressively blame for their failure after the game?

Crap, Ben couldn’t even call a play after Jesse James fumble against the Patriots, and we were on the one yard line. He was running a Chinese fire drill. Yeah, have Ben call the plays.

What they pay coaches has no affect on the cap, so that part is moot.

Ben would be Arians 2.0, they need a more balanced attack.

Tomlin said you call the defense differently when you have Ben at QB.

Think maybe you should have been calling the defense like this when Ben was playing, Mikey?

To be fair adding Nelson mink and the emergence of bud is helping tremendously. Also Haden not being hurt and butler actually calling good games

Lol love Ben but he wouldn’t advise a qb holding his spot. Probably would guide mason over the side of a cliff If he had a chance.

Just like I suggested in another thread, let's bring Batch back. Instead of using him at QB, we can have him calling plays. You guys don't really thing Ben was responsible for Ben's success while Batch was here, do you? Why do you think we were never really able to live out the full potential of the Killer B's? I know I'm not the only one seeing the connection here!

Mason isn't going to carry a team, or have come back wins for the most part, also this is the best and opportunistic defense they have had since 2010.

MT set, go deep More BA ball no thanks.
We need an OC/ OL coach that understands the run game
and the importance of it with a young QB.
