JC was having a good game sunday until the ankle sprain:

After a rough two-week stretch that included a crucial fumble in Denver, Conner got going Sunday with 60 rushing yards and two touchdowns on 15 carries. He added 14 receiving yards on three catches.

Conner is among the league leaders with 12 rushing touchdowns.

And he was jet skiing! He was also playing pick up basketball.

This has never been about fear of getting hurt or wear and tear, this was about his widdle feelings getting hurt that they didn't give him what he demanded.

    He should be crying.

My thought before the season started...... was that Conner might slow down or have a hard time going the full NFL season.... but if Bell had come back in week 11 he'd (in theory) be ready to help with a playoff push.... which would show him being a good teammate and team player.... which could push up his value next year as a free agent. Woulda coulda shoulda.... instead he's sitting at home without 2018 money and probably half-baked. He's gonna need 6 months to clean his system out.

That's because they actually did *gasp* what they should do on 1st and goal at the 2 - punch it in behind the best OL in the NFL. Instead of, you know, forcing passes into triple coverage 3 times in a row.

I’m really enjoying these fresh new takes on the Le’veon Bell situation.
