Latest end to a Steelers game

This one finished at 12:58 am EST approximately. I am trying to think of any Steelers game that ended nearly that late. I was thinking it had to be one from a time when the Monday Night game started at 9 pm EST.

This game went into overtime and had an extra long halftime ceremony for injured Patriots star Darryl Stingley (whose grandson plays for the Texans now).

I remember it because I don't remember it- 13 year old me fell asleep before the end. 58 year old me is utterly deflated by this loss.

 

Highest paid defense strikes again. Can’t make a stop when it truly matters. They suck.

When the pass rush doesn't get there this defense is a shell. How about not having a swiss cheese D Line that let run after run blow through and get manhandled. And the ILBers. Were they playing? And the vaulted Tomlin secondary. Putrid and soft. Guess that's what 180 million gets you

 

Can't wait until Minkah comes back from IR.

 

Losing Herbig, too, was a killer. They just can't generate enough pressure without a good pass rusher opposite Watt. Leal and Moon are both useless.

 

Agree 100%. Highsmith is obviously not the pass rusher that Watt is... but he is stout against the run.
