Any interest? I read a comparison to Mike Tolbert as they came from the same school. I know Blount is our short term signing to plug in, but Taliaferro could be a good late 6th or 7th round pick that displaces the journeyman Blount? Thoughts?

I like him as a late rounder or UDFA. He fits the blocking scheme and has good vision. He sets his blocks up well and runs with aggression. He lacks speed but so does a lot of RB's that are successful in the scheme we want to run.

I'd take a flyer on him..

I watched his combine replay, and he seemed to have nice hands too. For a big back, he ran quick..... Actually faster than Carlos Hyde

I think after signing Blount, the team has already decided whatever running back they draft or bring in as an UDFA will be a scat back, 3rd down type that could help on special teams.

Most likely. Either way I think the team will want to add someone small and explosive who can't be used in a whole lot of situations.

Is Dri Archer a kick returner?

Though the team has a record of late of having a small scatback type of player I think they have seen the error of their ways. These guys, RBs who are 5'10 & under weighing 190 LBs or less though they are quick are not very durable. They offer the big hit, a chance to hit the HR but they strike out way too often, easily tackled or hit to the ground or swallowed up in a congested battlefield of OL vs DL.

They'll probably resign LSH IF his iinjury is completely heeled and/or Felix ( who I really think is finished ) only because they do offer ST ( return ) abilities.

Do look for a draft pick in rds 5-6-7 of a RB, probably a guy like Marion Grice ( Ari St ) or James Wilder ( Fla St ) or even Antonio Andrews ( W. Kentucky )

I would take Lache Seastrunk in the later rounds over this guy I never heard of.

I agree and I hope we do go that route I think we can need a return specialist in the worst way. Our field position is always terrible. I'm pretty sure Archer returns kicks,if he doesn't then teach him. Just get him the ball anyway we can.He is a weapon I would love to have at our disposal.

Here's a sleeper pick at RB Terrance West of Towson State, he had over 2,000 yards in 2013.
