Last season as a Steeler for...?

This could have been the last season as Steelers for many players, due to Free Agency, Retirement or poor performance.
The complete list:

Unrestricted FA: Batch, Dixon, Leftwich, Cotchery, Essex, Hoke, Gay, Sepulveda, Madisson
Restricted FA: Wallace, D Johnson, Legursky, Foster, K Lewis, Mundy
Exclusive Rights FA: Redman, McLendon

Also, probably:
Retirement: Ward, Farrior, Hampton, A Smith. Batch too??
Performance / Age: A Battle, W Allen, McFadden, Foote, Suisham

I hope we try to bring back: Batch, Cotchery, Hoke, Wallace, Lewis, Mundy, Redman, McLendon & Foote.
FO will probably look to keep also: Gay, Leftwich, two of the following: Essex, Legursky or Foster.

Will hate to see Batch, Ward, Farrior, Hampton & Smith retire. They've been here for so long, that even when they're clearly aging, I'll miss them.
This one will be a sad offseason watching them walk away from football.

 

This year they need to concentrate on how to get more balance on offense, and younger on defense. ot, og, lb, cb, k.....another late round wr with battle, ward and cotchery up in the air

 

Here is my list, although painful it must be done. But keep in mind
that the Steeler organization (scouting dept., coaching staff, front office) also must
be already on board and have scouted replacements for these players and coaches.

1. BA Ben, has not improved under his tutilidge.
2. Dick Lebeau Sorry Dick, modern day players are not responding to your coaching.
3. Aaron Smith
4 Casey Hampton
5 Chris Hoke!
6 Farrior
7 Foote
8.Kemoeatu
7.Mcfadden
8. Will Allen
9. Arnez Battle
10 Mewelde Moore
11. Hines Ward if he does not redo his contract.
12 Sepulveda

I am sure you people can come up with some more, this purge of players
and coaching staff should put us in a position to be players in FA and the DRAFT!
If we do this and have success in the draft/FA we will be able to stay playoff competitive.
