    Big problem all year has been penalties, peaked Sunday. Over 100 yds , that is 6 points right there. Three injuries on defense really hurt too. Overall besides ravens game putting up enough pts. Team needs more discipline on penalties and either improvement from defensive backups or return of starters.

    After an 8-8 2006 season , he got us to the playoffs in 07 and won the SuperBowl in 08.

    In 06 & 07 we were very talented..... and Tomlin was considered a great motivator..... he simply motivated the talent that won the SB in 05 to return to form. I'm not a huge supporter or hater, just a realist. BTW, anyone hear Snoop Dog's rant? I heard it on the radio this morning, pretty funny.

    Thats a great point. Hopefully that sentiment is also carried inside the locker room, to the young guys.

    Yeah, its not that the loss was such a shock or I went from thinking we were going to win the Super Bowl, and now, after that loss, we are done. The issue with this loss is how incredibly undisciplined we are. We aren't going to win crap and nothing is going to get "right" until that is addressed and changed.
