When was the last time Ben drove the field for a game winning drive? He seemed to do this frequently in his early days, and now all I recall is failed attempts. My memory may be suffering from recency effects, but I just don't recall many in the past few years.

I sure was hoping for one today.

My friends he has lost his magic, and with body breaking down

To some extent these lists are deceiving, because the drives do not necessarily mean putting together a winning drive in the final 5 minutes. The only crunch time game winner last year was the win against Cleveland where the defense allowed the Browns to come back from 24 points and the offense scored 6 points in the second half. Ben did make some nice passes in the final seconds to set up a game winning field goal by Swishy.

This is all speculation of coarse but if Tomlin calls a timeout with 2:38 left on the clock that probably give Ben two more shots at the end to put it into the end zone and the conversation may be different. Our team can be it's own worst enemy sometimes.
