The only way I can see that o/u being so low is the Steelers' recent history with injuries. Because right now, there is a lot of "chatter" about the Steelers' offseason and how they have moved to the front in the AFCN. If they stay relatively healthy (and they're bound to one of these years) I see 10-11 wins.

Yeah, I struggle to get on here and post anything relevant these days. My mom's health is failing and so I am dealing with her quite often. Steeler football has been put on the back burner for the time being.

 

The physical billing address you enter into the site will have nothing to do with where the site believes your computer is located. The two aren't cross referenced in any way. A proxy server will allow you unrestricted access to those sites, but the sites still may not accept your American billing address or american credit card. On top of that, depending on who issued you the credit card, your actual credit card company may block the transaction. There are many other ways to get the money uploaded into your account though. Millions of Americans do it

Precisely .. This is what I was trying to convey. Once you enter an american address they will not accept your credit card. You might be able to use a gift card from american express, visa or mastercard. Not sure but I do know that proxies often do not work.. i.e. hidemyass.com will not work on alot of sites where your trying to hide your ip address
