    Well, I know there were potential felony fraud charges being considered for using USPS dollars towards the "doping ring", and witness tampering charges as well. Don't quote me on this, but I could swear I remember hearing something about potential charges for using the USPS for moving controlled substances, too. That was quite a while ago and I may be wrong about that. Obviously they decided not to prosecute in the end, but those were some of the charges I recall them considering last year.

    Oh so it's more of the things that accompanied what they did than the actual act of doping. I did hear someone say during this Armstrong thing though that they think it should be criminalized to cheat in sports.
