LaMarr Woodley blames, "dumb coaches."

So basically the inmates should run the asylum?

 

Maybe if you come into camp in shape, you maybe able to do what the coaches ask of you. Thank God he is
gone.

 

Bettcher seems to have maintained the standard that Bowles set.

The Cards defense was mediocre besides the last 3 years.

Bettcher finished 7th in scoring D and 5th in total D. That's pretty good.

Woodley has 1 sack in the last 2 years and apparently it was a gimmie.

Woodley's quote doesn't piss me off half as much as his bulletin board gem "The road to the Super Bowl goes through Pittsburgh." That brash arrogance permeates Woodley's character and is the reason he never recovered from his hamstring issue. Woodley will always be the SB champion 2009 All-Pro version of himself in his own mind and not the complacent underachiever the rest of us perceive.

 

The thing about Woodley that really irritates me is that I loved him when he was here and he definitely had all the makings of a beast backer but I just don't think he had the fire in the belly to make it all happen. James Harrison is quite a bit older in football years but keeps himself in shape to play at a solid level even now. I just think Woodley basically wanted to be paid on what he thought he was capable of as opposed to what he actually was willing to do.

 

Haha! Obviously, LaMarr knows Dick LeBeau ruled!

 

So he blames his poor play on the DCs, raiders and cards wasnt a good fit forhim he says, evidently after he got his big contact here, the steelers wasnt a good fit for him either..........
