I don't like the verbiage that he's using. I just read an article about him being on target to return for the patriots game. He starts off by saying how good he feel and he's on target, but then he began to talk like duce staley.... I hope everything goes ok...its healing well...we will wait and see in practice. Your target return is next week bro...and you are still himming and humming?! It just seems like he is playing us all.

Idk. I'm sure it sucks to be hurt and not on the field. Maybe he just doesn't want to get the fans hopes up on his return just in case he doesn't play. People were ready to show up at his house with torches and pitchforks just because he couldn't start the season...

I hope he comes back sooner rather than later. It would be nice to see him get some snaps before the bye week then be ready to go full go right after. He could really add another dimension to our already potent offense

Jesse James and X Grimble made him expendable. Bet he ain't here next year

Indeed. Besides.. Jesse is progressing better and better each week; X man no less.

One of the biggest blunders for Kevin Colbert thus far. However.. if it does turn out to be those concussion symptoms, the Steelers can obtain grievance.

I'd bet almost anything that he is. They aren't gonna take all that dead money right after signing him. They held on to Cortez. Besides, he may play really well when he finally gets healthy

Yeah right. Ladarius Green is a tight end that has the ability to take a 5 yard catch, 80 yards and to the house.

Coincidence it was Browner/Patriots that took the cheap helmet to helmet shot on him that gave him these headache issues? I hope he comes back for the Patriots game fired up and is the X factor. I hate the Patriots with every fiber of my being.

All he needs to do is get on the field and start gelling with the mates... His productivity will decide his fate, and Grimble/JJ have been nice thus far so if he catches on and is an obvious Upgrade heck yeah

since he hasn't practiced yet next week may be quite early for him to be effective. i'd bet he has a better chance of gelling after he has those bye week practices and a game plan week next week.

You are certainly optimistic about a guy who has averaged about 25 yards a game over the last 2 years with a long of 31 yards. :herewego:

I don't mind him talking like Deuce. I just mind him playing like Deuce. Actually, I mean NOT playing like Deuce...I think...

He did but I still thought it was weird that a guy with his supposed skillset couldn't beat out a guy who is about ready to collect his social security checks and qualify for early bird specials and certain discounts at restaurants.

He's a way better receiving tight end than what we have. I'm really rooting for the outlaw though

in marine talk that means you will still get the job done but it may take an extra 10 minutes. thats just 10 minutes to yell at those knees to get their lazy butts moving. bad knees to a marine is like a coma to us civilians. you still da man sarge. thanks again you are the greatest this country has to offer.:smiley1::cool:
