    Great news ....I am happy for him and his family....He is a great Coach and his players Love him even though he is hard on them.....To me that is the mark of a Great Coach...

    Any player will like you if you allow them to do what they want....I look at it similar to a parent/child relationship....If your kids adore you and think you are the best thing in the world your probably to soft IMO...Now If they say they hate you from time to time or your not being fair or you expect to much from them,then IMO they will have a greater Love for you in the long run....

    I think Kirby is exactly that to his guys,,,,He can honestly say I may be being tough on you ,but trust me you will appreciate it down the road....

    Yes! This is great news...Not just for our team, but for the man himself. :)
    There is an article on the Team`s home page, that I read yesterday, saying he was back at the facilities, welcoming the returning players back into the weight room.
    I think that is AWESOME! Considering what he went through.
    When I hear someone has been severley burned over more than half their body, (and put in a medically induced coma, to speed the healing processs),I am more concerned with whether they will survive at all, than if they can come back, and do the job they previously did.. :praying:
    I am SOOOO glad to hear he is recovering well. :-D
    Kinda puts sports, and real life, in perspective... :hmmm:
