Khan Named GM

Based on the number of outside candidates brought in, I think it will be one of them and not an internal hire. This seems more than just due diligence to me.

 

You look at another voice in the room as a bad thing but for an inexact science like football I think there are positives, especially from a guy that has been successful at it.

The GM will have the power to make the final decision. KC will just be another opinion. And Baltimore has made it work fine with Newsome.

 

They're good currently because one of the few good picks he made as GM finally worked out which was the hiring of Sean McDermott. Overall as a franchise while he was GM they had a losing record.

 

7 1st place finishes in the division, 2 SB appearances, 15 non losing seasons, but he's not good?? This is where you know the hate is personal and goes beyond the football field or you're dealing with someone who has the IQ of a rock....or it could be both.

 

And no playoff wins in the last 5 years, convenient you leave that out.

Lack of playoff success is common to every coach in the NFL. Its what every coach in the NFL has in common no matter who you look at...100% guaranteed. Division Champs, SB appearances, and non-losing seasons isn't....100% guaranteed there's only a handful that can claim that. If you dont get that then maybe you are as slow as I thought you were.
