That would never happen. It would mean that people would have to be held accountable and it would mean less government assistance. I think everybody on welfare should be subjected to random drug testing and be banned from wasting their money on tattoos while receiving such benefits.

Back to the topic at hand though. Kevin Costner's future ex wife wants $254,000 a month Alimony after signing a prenup agreement. He's willing to give her a measly $52,000 a month but she doesn't think she can live on that with her 3 kids. This Rooney girl probably just wants a piece of that easy cash action also.
