Nah, Pickett's terrible. I read it here. Surely @HeinzMustard knew I was joking about getting rid of Pickett. I'm only his strongest supporter here.

Pickett will be A- OK. O line takes 1/2 season to gel with Steelers. It's a given since we lost Munchak as O line coach.

    Not worried about Pickett.

O line sans Jones blows chunks. I wouldn't object to a complete overhaul. Steelers need to draft Center in 2nd round, find at least 1 guard and move Moore to RT and Jones to LT.

It's why , and You can go look....why I was saying let's not draft a Qb that year , and just go with Trubisky, and Mason, .... people can read.... I thought we would then be able to draft the Qb who I thought would be the best Qb to come out of Ohio state in as long as I can remember. Of course people say now we couldn't have gotten him. I'm not so sure if Trubisky played all year. ...., but whats done is done......so I ride with KFP now.

Yet numbers show He is getting no more pressure than any other Qb. In fact He getting less pressure than the Qbs He facing during the game.

O line can't block for the run consistently. Harris and Warren have to make Herculean caliber runs just to gain yardage.

O line can't pass block. Period. Piss poor protection for Pickett. I don't think you and I are watching the same games.

No .....we are watching the same games.....the problem is I don't think You are watching other games. Not even counting My own eyes the numbers show KFP is getting about the same average time as most Qbs. The running game is having trouble because they don't respect the passing game. Notice every time We start doing a bit better in the passing games during a game....all of a sudden the running games starts picking up. You can watch the Defense set up to stop the run in the beginning of every game.

Pickett has made some bad reads and throws...yes I admit it. But after reviewing plays.... it's like WRs, QB and TEs are not yet on the same page. This is not all Pickett's fault. Why the hell do the Steelers pull it all together in the 4th quarter of games?

Short answer with 3 words: Kenny ****ing Pickett

I didn't say He sucks. I'm behind Him 100%, but to say everything is everyone else's fault is wrong. You do know thats the same team out there when He does great in the 4th Quarter.

Tim Tebow led all NFL QBs is 4th quarter comebacks in 2011. It’s not THAT impressive winning in the 4th quarter vs. teams we should have never been trailing in the 4th quarter to begin with.

So we shouldn't be trailing Titans, Jaguars, Ravens, Rams and Browns? All of those teams are legit.

Pickett could have a long career in the NFL as a great backup. However, there is no way he can compete as a starter with the top QBs in the AFC.

Lucky for him it's a team game and he doesn't need to be Superman if they put the pieces around him.

Did I miss a come from behind win vs the Jags? Pretty sure we lost that one. Kenny’s strip sack of Watson to beat Cleveland was great. Let’s not forget the offense was largely lost in that game, and we had 2 defensive TDs plus a 16 yard pass that Pickens turned into a 71 yard TD. The Rams are legitimately 3-6 and the Titans are legitimately 3-5. The Ravens game was his best effort, but we were only in that game because our defense absolutely owns Lamar Jackson and forced 3 turnovers.

Look, I really, really want KP to be great for us. But I’m not going to delude myself. Right now KP is solidly in the bottom 20% of NFL starting QBs.

I understand that Pickett hasn't been in the NFL long, but if you look at the quarterbacks that have the most fourth quarter comebacks since 1950, it kinda looks like it matters a lot in determining who can play.

I agree it means something. It doesn't mean everything, but not to crumble in the very real pressure of the waning moments of a game is a sign of clutch. I have always believed....it's not what You do , but when You do it.

Kenny’s 2nd year stats are lining up close to Tom Brady’s second year stats
