Yup, we knew that. This car has been in the family for about 50 years. My oldest brother got it first, didnt take care of it, let it go to **** and ended up putting it in out backyard, this is the 70’s, everyone had a beater in their backyard. My next oldest brother eventually gets to HS, early 80’s and is a real motörhead, he buys it and restores it top to bottom, rebuilds the engine himself, a HS kid.

Finishes it off with a nice lacquer paint job. Soon after, maybe even the first night, I’ll have to ask him but some pos keys it. He put it in the garage after that for years and eventually restored it again, professionally this time, about 10 years ago to how it looks in that picture.

I piss on newer cars. I wouldn't be caught in any car newer that 1980. Now Trucks, and Jeeps are different, but I hate cars that aren't classics. Looks like all of them are made for women by women, from the same woman. LoL

I completely disagree about modern cars. It's just like it was years ago. A lot of ordinary looking cars and some head turners. I buy vehicles that do it for me.

    To each his own.

I like SUVs. I don't care if they aren't manly. SUVs are practical for my hobbies.... skiing, mountain biking, road cycling. They are also handy for moving amps, guitars, basses and PA equipment.
