Did you all not see the other TMZ video with the victim pleading with police to press charges?

 

The management wanted people's video off their phones for a reason. The cops were trying to do their jobs and comply. Problem is the Law says you can video if no expectation of privacy is being violated.

There are SO Many Laws governing SO Many aspects of our Lives we can't expect Cops to know them as well as Lawyers and Judges but yet how can they properly do their jobs if they don't ..?

There should be a system in place were they can detain a person and contact a Center of clarity of the law before they proceed further to make sure everyone's rights aren't violated .
What crazy times we live in. I hope Hunt made wise investments, his income stream has dried up.

You bring up some good points. *Everyone* carries a recording device these days, it might be worth it for the police to brush up on the laws regarding public video capture, ect.
