Hunter and Bryant are so similar and numbers of production match up so closely it's scary .

He's more than just insurance. He's expected to come in and compete and upgrade DHB and Moreover Cobi Hamilton.

Sammy Coates was injuryed but I don't believe that injury was his problem the last two games he played.
He'll be on the roster this year unless something unexpected happens but he is on notice, produce or bye.

I like Hunter. His QB's have been Fitzpatrick, Mettenberger, Mariota (rookie season) and Tyrod Taylor. Ben should make him better.

I like Hunter, but knowing the Steelers, I can see him buried in the depth chart if he makes the team.

I get the sense that Bryant gets a bit misinterpreted in his media views. He doesn't seem to be complaining about the signing, more the assumptions by some that the signing is to replace him.

He's young and needs a bit of media training (even if that phrase makes me die a little inside), but I'd need to see something more concrete to get on his back about it.

Unless he gets suspended again, obvs.

 

i hope he's not instead of bryant rather than with bryant and AB. DHB really doesn't bring that type of game to us anymore. he could be playing for his spot this year. mann will have quite the stable to work with and so will ben. add rogers and green with bell and there should be no excuses but to put up 30+ per game this year.

 

Again, I love Bryant, but he's a moron. There's a reason I wanted to sign a FA WR. Hunter will work. The D still needs help at every level. Gotta add more, even if just depth.
